I don't think it's a stretch to say that I am probably the person in the world most excited to see what Disney+STAR has to offer. I've heralded Hulu as my favourite streaming service for some time now, and now we're getting something as close to that as we'll ever probably get.
With STAR's debut on the Disney+ platform less than 1 month away, and with Disney spending most of its recent marketing time on WandaVision, people in the STAR markets have been itching for more information.
Now, it appears, we may finally be getting some. If you don't already know, each of Disney's brand pages have their own link. Check them out!
With these links, you can see all the content which falls under the respective brand before signing up for/into Disney+. As Disney+'s new brand tile, it stands to reason that there should be a link like that for STAR, right? Well, there is:
When I checked this out a while back, it took me to the following splash-screen:
But, as you can see in the following video, I get a very short loading screen and then I'm met with a redirect to the Disney+ homepage.
If you didn't quite catch the flashes, here they are:
It seems as though a content announcement is imminent. Disney's also been tidying up their code because, if you checked out my drop about Raya, you'll see that their code had the website as "rayaninfo" whereas now it's "rayainfo".
With less than 1 month to go until the price hike, Disney needs to use this time to convince people to stay subscribed. I say they should make a batch of announcements every week until launch day (23 February 2021)!
Whenever they're ready, we'll be right here with a full content list and our favourite of the bunch!
